C-19) requires the publication on the Town of Stanstead website, a list of contracts including expenditures of more than $2,000 over the course of the last financial exercise to a single contractor when all contracts total more than $25,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Town must publish this list no later than January 31 each year for the preceding financial exercise.
