Eligibility requirements

The property must be your primary residence.
You must present photo ID proof of residence.
You must not have owned or been the spouse of a property owner in Stanstead.
You must file your application within six months of signing the contract for the purchase or moving into the new home (construction).
To obtain the grant portion from the Caisse Desjardins, you must have your mortgage with the institution.
